This Sundance Film Festival favorite tells the story of Malcolm (Shameik Moore), a young man carefully surviving life in a tough Los Angeles neighborhood filled with gangsters and drug dealers, while juggling his senior year filed with college applications, interviews and the SAT. THE GIFT
